Once you create an account, select the bay/court, date, time and hours of play (suggestions below) and follow the prompts to payment.

NOTE: Making a simulator or pickleball reservation DOES NOT come with a reservation of tables. There are four seats in the bay rooms. We do not take table reservations for groups outside of non peak times.

For the HD Golf + Multisport Simulators/Pickleball, you must be 21 years of age to book a reservation.

For the simulators, no minors are allowed to play under the age of 13! Ages 13 and up must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older.

For Pickleball, minors under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

The simulator bay can fit a maximum of 4-6 people. If you have more people, you will need to reserve two bays.

You can book in 1 hour increments and up to 6 hours of play time. The last 10 minutes are reserved for cleanup.

It takes approximately 50-60 minutes per player to complete 18 holes. We recommend booking 1-hour for every player who wishes to play 18 holes. Example, 4 players, book 4 consecutive hours. Up to 6 players allowed. Note: the simulator offers many other games such as Archery, Bocce, Dodgeball, Bowling, Lacrosse, Shooting and much more!

Each game takes approximately 15-25 minutes to play. A 1 hour reservation will be enough time to play two games of pickleball. For instructions on how to play pickleball, click here.

Pricing:

No, 54th Street provides all equipment for pickleball & simulators. If you prefer to use your own equipment, you are permitted to do so.

You are charged at the time you make the reservation.

If you cancel 48 hours or more before your reservation, you will receive a full refund back to your account. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your reservation, you will receive a 50% refund.

Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. By clicking cancel, the refund is completed automatically.

To cancel your reservation, login, select 'account,' toggle to 'current reservations', select 'cancel.' Look for cancelation email with refund confirmation.

If you arrive up to 10 minutes late, you will be charged for the full time you reserved. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your spot will not be taken by a walk-in.

Walk-ins are allowed as long as there is a full hour before a reservation.
